Hungry after a long swim at the Riverbank Pool we stumbled on this fellow on the corner of 145th St and Broadway. For two bucks and a choice of chicken or beef, he’d roast skewers of meat on a little home made Hibachi, drizzling perfect amounts of BBQ sauce, topping the skewer with a slice of fresh french bread and serving neatly wrapped in a napkin. He’s a genius.
