Medieval festival at Fort Tryon. Crowded. Beautiful weather. Lots of large people in costumes. “I had no idea shish kabob was a medieval food.” Missed the Great Joust. Missed nothing really. Head Downtown. Train is packed with medieval mongers. Cara feels dizzy. Run around park. Park is packed. At north end of park kids are throwing rocks at some guy walking by. He’s wearing headphones. Oblivious. Huge throng of motorcycles cruises Central Park West. Loud and Louder. Stop to watch the bikers. See a couple guys standing on their seats. One of them is dancing. Medicine ball toss with Cara at the gym. Make plans for movie later. Miss movie. Sold out. Sold out on Sunday. Sundays are weird.
