I really wanted to love this show, but man it just didn’t move me. Maybe it was because it was the first show of the tour, maybe it was because word got out and they’re now the shit and the place was way too crowded, maybe it was the paralytic ass-hats who couldn’t shut the fuck up and just listen to the music, or just perhaps it was the 420 crew who just had to light up and fill the air with their stanky ass bud fumes.
I’ll see EITS again at Coachella, the crowd won’t be any better but maybe the band will break free from the ambient vibe they were in and take us the fuck somewhere higher than the bedtime music they were playing tonight.
