PLASTIC BAGS IN TREES

These have become a new source of fascination and disgust for me. It’s certainly not just a NYC thing, but there’s so much trash in this city I’m always noticing the variety of ways human wastes infiltrates and contaminates the environment, bags in trees being a particularly nasty variety.
